Founded by Jon and David Schewe, Adirondack Clean Air Co. brings together operational know-how and certified HVAC expertise. Jon handles the day-to-day business management, while David — a licensed HVAC technician — leads our service and install work with hands-on experience and technical precision. We started this business to serve our neighbors with high-quality, responsive HVAC support you can count on.

    Jon brings years of business and operations experience to Adirondack Clean Air Co., with a focus on efficient service, clear communication, and strong customer relationships. His goal? To build a business that not only delivers quality HVAC work, but also treats people the way they want to be treated — professionally and personally. When he’s not managing the business, Jon enjoys time on the lake, family get-togethers, and bringing creative ideas to life.

    Founder & Lead Technician

    David is a certified HVAC technician with hands-on experience in residential heating, cooling, and air quality systems. He takes pride in clean, dependable work and is the guy you want diagnosing your system when things aren’t working right. With a sharp technical mind and a calm, get-it-done attitude, David is the backbone of every job we do. Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors or tackling his next home improvement project.

    Designated Work Pup

    Ruby may not know the difference between a furnace and a mini-split, but she definitely knows how to greet a customer and boost the team’s mood. As Adirondack Clean Air Co.’s official mascot, she’s always nearby, offering a tail wag, a muddy paw print, or moral support on long days. She’s our reminder to enjoy the little things and keep the vibe light — no matter how packed the schedule gets.
